Billion Bubble Garland

This garland is approximately 12' in length and contains 72 bubble loops. The material is diamond braided cotton. These loops stay open and so this toy works best in low wind. I like doing a pirouette as seen in the video. Each section is connected with stainless steel swivels. Cord has been boiled and treated in soda ash to help break it in and increase capacity.
